The SAG-AFTRA Los Angeles Local is participating once again in United Way of Greater Los Angeles’ 10th Annual HomeWalk. We are entering a labor team of union sisters and brothers called the “Homeless Heroes.” Over the past nine years, HomeWalk has successfully moved 17,000 homeless individuals into permanent, supportive housing. Labor’s “Homeless Heroes” is the only team dedicated to raise funds to help homeless veterans into permanent housing during HomeWalk. HomeWalk is an opportunity for all union members to come together to raise funds and awareness to fight homelessness while building a brighter future for our fellow veterans and their families.

Our “Homeless Heroes” team captains Jon Huertas, Ellen Crawford and Seamus Dever are proud to lead the SAG-AFTRA L.A. Local troupe for this year’s HomeWalk 5k.
